Fun time up in Portsmouth, NH tonight at 106.1FM, with John Lovering and Chuck Curtis, on the "Audio Drama" show. John runs Powder River every Tuesday, and I was there tonight for their pledge drive.

Has it really been a year

I lost my Dad one year ago today. This picture was one I took for him the day he bought his new camera; My Mom passed away in 2001. It's one of my favorite pictures of them. Their house was paid off, he had just retired, and everything was good. Very, very good. These were two wonderful people.

TWO NEW FATHER BROWN EPISODES RELEASED

We have two brand new episodes of The Father Brown Mysteries available! The first, is Episode 9, The Oracle of the Dog, and the second is Episode 10, The Miracle of Moon Crescent.
These shows are being released on a new download site, Lulu.Com. After a week or two, we'll release them to our other sites, such as Spoken Network. The sound quality on Lulu is great - just like the original masters! Actually, episode 9 has been out for a few weeks and will debut on Spoken Net either later today or tomorrow.

EPISODE 9 THE ORACLE OF THE DOG.Father Brown is staying as the guest of a retired colonel when his host is found dead, stabbed with a narrow blade, but no murder weapon. The police inspector gathers all the suspects together, but Father Brown has the answer.

STILL RENOVATING

Very busy few weeks here as I am renovating the studio space, another room as well, and all the trappings that go with it. Last weekend was spent painting, painting, and more painting. Finally finished painting last night. We are set to record our next show in October, our one hour Christmas Special for XM (and we will have it on download as well), and our new series TICONDEROGA (yikes, I gotta get going on the scripts). So, that's the update, short and unexciting as it is.

POWDER RIVER NOW STREAMING

No, the Powder River has not been reduced to a stream, but it has on the Jim French website! The first Sunday of each month, Jim runs an episode from our series on his show IMAGINATION THEATER. You can hear this months episode for FREE - for the next two weeks only. The episode deals with cattle rustlers, and it's called MORGANS TOWN, Part 2. You can check it out HERE, thru Sept. 28th. our XM show due to contractual arrangements, so I hope you order it and
give it a listen - we here at CRT think it's our best work to date (so

as the older reviews) is from the book. For some reason Amazon thinks
our shows are books. Oh well!
